Full refund in the first 14 days
If you email hello@shelfrules.com within 14 days of your first payment for a plan, we will refund that payment in full.
After that
You can cancel any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. We do not give partial refunds for unused time.
Renewals
The 14-day window applies to your first payment only. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged again.
How to ask
Email hello@shelfrules.com from the address on your Creem receipt and include your license key or order number. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Creem, and timing depends on your bank.

A refunded subscription’s license key stops working.
